Hi Parents,
On Monday, we will begin the PLD Spelling program. The program will run on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (09:05am - 09:25am) of each week. After our initial testing, we have found some gaps in the children's phonological awareness. This means, that your child may appear to be in a lower group for Term 1. However, it is necessary for your child to review those sounds for them to progress further throughout the year.
I appreciate your understanding and if you have any concerns, feel free to come and see me. I will explain this to the children today, ready for a Monday start.
